Let me preface by saying the 2021 housing market is not for the weak hearted. Gabriela took us on in May 2021. She was communicative throughout every open house and was quick to get us appointments that we requested. We had made 9 offers on different homes, but with the influx of buyers it has been a very competitive market. Gabriela made every offer in a timely manner and went above and beyond just sending in the offer. She would reach out by phone to the seller’s realtor for more information to see to improve our offer. She taught us that it’s not always about the money and more about the terms of our contract, which saved us in the end game. Fast forward to September, 2021. Gabriela was as ambitious as we when we first began and that truly kept us positive through the grueling process of offers, waiting and all the declines we had received prior. Finally, someone accepted our offer. We weren’t the highest offer but because of how strategic and professional she was, we had got it. My husband and I had full confidence in her taking the reins of communications with all parties. She was truly a team player to the point where we joked she was our lawyer’s paralegal. She stepped up to the plate to keep everything going smoothly as possible. Where our lawyer lacked, she made up for it. She was well versed in the process and it was such a blessing to have her on our side. Even when it was time to deal with the mortgage company, she was in complete contact with them.
